Refunds and Cancellations

Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 4, 2025

We appreciate your business and want to make sure our process is fair and clearly understood. Please review the following policy before booking.

Booking

All appointments must be scheduled through our website or via approved contact methods. A valid phone number and email address are required to confirm and communicate about your service.

Payment is due at the time of booking. If you are paying in person, arrangements must be confirmed prior to your appointment.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund (if prepaid).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable, except in emergency cases or at our discretion.

If we arrive and are unable to access the property or complete the work due to client-related issues (locked gates, pets, cluttered space, etc.), the service is considered rendered and no refund will be issued. That said, we are mote than happy to work with you on rescheduling.

Rescheduling

We allow one free reschedule per appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Additional changes or last-minute reschedules may incur a fee or require rebooking at full price.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the work, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations of cleanliness. We take pride in doing the job thoroughly and efficiently, and we are happy to walk the space with you before we leave if you are home.

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges or payment errors

  • Appointment canceled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Service canceled by EcoSteve LLC due to weather or logistical issues

Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent denial of future service. We are happy to resolve reasonable concerns professionally and respectfully.
