Welcome to EcoSteve LLC. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

EcoSteve LLC offers balcony detailing and light exterior cleaning services for residential apartment and condo dwellers. Services include sweeping, wiping down surfaces, screen cleaning, track cleaning, and glass door detailing, unless otherwise specified.

We do not provide furniture cleaning, climbing-based tasks, pressure washing, light fixture work, pet waste removal, stain removal, or junk hauling. If your balcony requires services outside our scope, we reserve the right to decline or reschedule the job.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are flat-rate unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Larger balconies will incur an additional charge, which will be communicated clearly before service. Payment is due at time of booking unless an alternative arrangement is made in advance.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments for nonpayment or if access to the property is not possible at the scheduled time.

3. Access and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to your balcony. Any unsafe conditions, including aggressive pets, cluttered furniture, or structural hazards, may result in cancellation or a modified service without refund.

We do not move large or heavy items and do not climb or hang from railings or fixtures under any circumstances.

4. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your property during service, EcoSteve LLC is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear, deteriorating surfaces, faulty construction, or situations outside our control. We do not take responsibility for damage to unsecured items left on the balcony or in surrounding areas.

5. Weather and Rescheduling

In the event of unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, extreme heat), we may reschedule service at our discretion. You will be notified as early as possible.

6. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if the environment is unsafe, the job falls outside of our scope, or if a client behaves inappropriately or unprofessionally.
